Software implementation services
When on-site presence at client locations is required, we dispatch technology specialists who install and implement our banking and financial software, plus educate and train users and administrative personnel. Our turnkey systems can be installed, tested and running in a few days without disrupting office or IT operations.
Software maintenance agreements
We offer one, three and five-year maintenance and support contracts to our clients. Services include telephone hotline support, software upgrades and enhancements and source code escrowing.
Presale analysis
Our personnel are trained to assist prospective clients analyze the inherent benefits of implementing our software solutions, including assistance with cost-justification modeling.
Client retraining
Employee turnover at client sites often results in a negative transfer of knowledge from old to new staff. An audit of the existing system and retraining of the new staff on all our banking applications are services provided by GoldLeaf.
Conversion services
Golfleaf provides digital-to-digital conversion services for document and check images, statements, computer reports (C.O.L.D) and data. We are expert in this field having converted terabytes of assorted content, typically from encrypted, compressed and proprietary formats to industry standard formats easily imported into new systems.
